Founder’s Message

Olive Branch Workforce was built on a simple belief: people can rise when given structure, opportunity, and the chance to work.

This vision was not mine alone. From the beginning, my wife’s steady support, insight, and sacrifice helped shape OBWF into what it is today. Her contributions — from guiding decisions in difficult seasons to ensuring our operations reflected both compassion and accountability — are part of the foundation of this company.

My own journey has included seasons of preparation, setbacks that became turning points, and moments where the path forward was not always clear until later. Together, those experiences — mine and hers — shaped the belief behind this company.

Our mission is to support contractors with dependable construction labor crews while creating structured opportunities for individuals ready to rebuild their lives through responsible work. Every crew member we send to a jobsite represents our shared commitment to professionalism, accountability, and dependable service.

Olive Branch Workforce exists to support the construction industry with integrity while helping individuals move forward through meaningful work.
